Great ... until you discover over 4 decades later that they altered your deed with a false survey description and your misery of losing your land was only eased by their “get a survey” comments. So you spend your life and savings trying to preserve your family land and they get away with all failed representation due to statute of limitations. IS THIS THE INTEGRITY YOU WANT AT YOUR SIDE?
