Maureen was fantastic. I was handed a mess when I won the bid on a gov't foreclosed home. Property boundary issues, adverse possession, tax issues, land rights, prior surveys portraying incorrect boundaries, misconduct at the property after the sale. Maureen guided me through the abstract, title insurance, and lending processes with ease. She was a pleasure to work with during a stressful first time home-buyer process.
