Peter, Tara, Marie, worked as a team to assist me in the sale of an inherited property in Brooklyn, NY. It was not a smooth transaction at all. The inspection uncovered items that had to be addressed before closing and a lot of violations had to be cleared. I was very fortunate to meet Peter through a separate transaction prior to mine. I saw how thorough and professional he was and knew I would ask him to represent me. His staff was sympathetic to my personal situation and a move out of state. They accommodated my schedule and kept me abreast of everything. I'll be using him again for my next sale. I highly recommend him!
