Amazing Trust and Estate attorney! She helped my family with setting up a revocable trust which was a smooth process overall. Any questions my family or I had were answered. It so important to plan ahead and the key to that in terms of long term planning involving your family is establishing a family trust, power of attorney, a healthcare proxy and a living will. I can't even express how much I appreciate Inna Fershteyn as a lawyer! The excellent service we got from her was in very stark contrast with the lawyers we were dealing with in the past.
