Professional and trustworthy! I don't normally write reviews. However, due to the exceptional service provided by Yuriy Moshes and his team, it is important that I share my experience. Buying a home can be a difficult and stressful process. There are a lot of things from a legal standpoint (documents, laws, etc.) that is complicated and confusing which is why picking the right attorney is essential. The last thing you want is to deal with confusing legal matters. Or buy a home that comes with problems. I let Yuriy and his team handle the complicated legal matters so that I can just sit back and relax. I provided them with the information they requested and that was really all I had to do. If there is any legal issues with the home you are purchasing, the title, etc., they will find it. It's really that simple. You want to buy a home not study law. They will walk you through the process and work with all the other professionals (banker's attorney, seller's attorney, title closer, etc.) so that you can do as little work as possible. In addition, given the current climate (Covid-19), Yuriy and his team has been very responsive in helping me through the additional challenges in the closing process. Yuriy was there on my closing day to guide me through the process. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the home I was purchasing. All my questions were answered. As you can see, my review is simple just like buying a home should be when you have an experienced real estate attorney. I really appreciate all the help Yuriy! I've got to tip my hat to Gennady and his firm. Your needs are handled with care and swiftness.

I was connected to this firm from my real estate agent. She insisted that these lawyers were great and there have been no complaints with them from other buyers and they will do their due diligence to protect you. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm. The lawyer, Gennady Litvin, sent me an email for the offering plan. This was a 300 page document that he did not think to explain to a first time home owner. Keep in mind their fee is 3000 dollars which is on the higher end compared to other real estate lawyers (about 2 times as expensive). So I had to read this 300 page offering plan and find out for myself that the taxes would double after a year of ownership for the condo that I wanted to purchase. It's ridiculous that this lawyer was pushing and pressuring me to sign a contract and wire the deposit to the seller's attorney without reviewing all the documents and protecting me from any hidden fees that I should be expecting after signing. They do not want the best for you, they want quick work and easy money. I can't believe I had to do his job and read a 300 page document for myself and bring up the tax assessment to him rather than him sitting down and going through the document with me. After I told my realtor to fire these lawyers, they came back and said that they were going to go over that 300 page document with me. That was a lie, there was no plan or anything mentioned about going over the document. All they kept pushing for was to sign the contract so I don't "lose this deal." Don't let these shady people scam you out of your money. Thanks

The entire team was great. Always answered and returned all my calls and any questions I had. Very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Reading these reviews on this firm, I wish I was able to have the same experience. However, Gennady Litvin was very rude and short during our brief encounter. Now, that is not to say everyone in the firm works like that, but this gentleman needs a lesson in patience and need to not tell clients "you don't you what you're talking about, I cannot help you. Find another lawyer." He was very discouraging and I would not refer anybody to work with this man.
