My husband and I got into a domestic dispute which turned out to be a felony with multiple charges against my husband. With Howard's extensive experience and negotiation he was able to get the charge taken down from a felony to an ACD where the case will be dismissed and sealed. He was highly responsive from the moment of hire and answered any of our questions with patience and made us feel at ease at any time we needed to speak with him. From the first day of hiring Mr. Schwartz, he was very helpful to us (me and my wife). He went ahead and helped us even after the court appearance date, whereas he did not have to. Since we were out of the US the entire time, by all means, he literally represented us in all aspects. Before speaking with him on the phone I had conversations with 5 other attorneys and he was the only one who listened to our case till the very end and answered politely. And most importantly, he didn't really charge us as much as other attorneys asked for.
