Previous to hiring Howard Schwartz I wasted alot of money on another lawyer, Which did not do anything for me but take my hard earned money. I had been arrested in brooklyn for a marijuana charge and at court I was told I was on the FBI watchlist, stemming from previous arrests in another state. Howard Schwartz helped me resolve this case after one court appearance. He told me it was going to be hard since I do have multiple felony warrants in another state. I was suppose to be held on a 90 day extradition case. But Thanks to Howard Schwartz he cleared my name and got my case dismissed. I keep him in my prayers because I am so ever grateful for what this man has done for me. I would definitley reccomend him for anyone facing jail time.

In July of last year i made the inexcusable mistake of getting behind the wheel while intoxicated. I knew that i had a rough road ahead of me, but Howard Schwartz helped me make the best decisions possible and made this process as easy as it could have possibly been. I had never been in trouble before and Mr. Schwartz knew many people in the courts which helped him get me a pretty fair plea deal. It was a rough few months but i am happy to say that on June 5th, less than a year after my arrest, that i will be regaining full driving priveleges.
