I had 6 point speeding violation doing 77 mph in a 55 mph zone was reduced to a no point VTL 1201(a) parking violation. He is the best!

No points on my License/ record and I didn’t even go to the court. Thoroughly professional. 100 times recommended without a second thought.

The original attorney I had who handles my upstate traffic tickets was retiring, and referred James and his practice to me for future matters. super pleasant and easy experience. it was my first traffic ticket which was going to get three points on my license if I plead guilty, but Mr. Wagman got it reduced to a parking ticket with no points. I was in quite a bind back in November 2021. I was traveling to the Adirondacks in upstate NY on Friday late afternoon. I left work around 3 pm hoping to arrive before 8 pm because I tend to get sleepy later at night while driving. In life a lot of things don't live up to the advertising, but Mr. Wagman more than meet my expectations.
