Mr. Wagman was a professional of the highest standard, who helped me fight an out of state parking ticket. His office kept me abreast of developments, and he was able to ease the stress of what could have been a rather disquieting license issue, into a fine that is more than manageable.

I have nothing but good to say about Mr. Wagman and his staff. It took one call to get all the legal advise needed for my particular case questions and answers were prompt and to the point. Any follow up calls I made or correspondence were handled promptly. I would highly recommend his firm.

I have my cdl got a ticket for disobey traffic control device. I called around to a few lawyers everyone was saying there is little to no chance of getting it reduced or dismissed. Wagman gave me a guarantee of reduce to a parking ticket with zero points and they messed around and got it completely dismissed plus they were cheaper than every other law office. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do it's no competition on who I'm calling

Excellent experience. Mr. Wagman handled our daughter's traffic infraction in Rockland County quickly, efficiently, and with the greatest of convenience. His handling of the case lead to an outcome that was better than we could have expected. It also allowed us to settle violations in a location far from where we live. Our phone conversations were always pleasant, professional and re-assuring. He gave us realistic expectations (that were exceeded) and guided us through the processes easily. I hope we never have to use Mr Wagman's services again, but I cannot recommend him more highly for dealing with significant traffic violations.
