As a working mom of three little kids, having Elaina in my corner during my divorce has been invaluable to me. She listens, responds, and has been a steady force through the most chaotic time of my life. I’m grateful for her and continue to be impressed with her work, her drive, and her commitment to doing the right thing by kids and their parents. Elaina has fought for my financial assets as hard as she’s fought for the well-being of my family. She’s a true force in this profession.

Elaina is sub par lawyer with zero goals to settle your case quickly. Don’t believe her sales pitch. She takes advantage of her clients by using a broken system to drag out cases and bleed as much money out of them as possible. I’m not her client, but my fiancé was before firing her. The most simple black and white things, like abusive text messages, were not forwarded to presiding powers at all. My fiancés case is not over, but it started moving along and court dates came much quicker after hiring someone else. It is a very troubling system, and even more so with lawyers like her in the mix. I gave Elaina 4 stars before her case was over, with the intention of criticizing her after, and she commented on my review like I was her client. I’m not, Elaina. I just watched how terrible and out of touch you are at your job and something needs to be said about that, because honestly I think some of the positive reviews on here are not real. I could go on, but you’re not worth it.

I would never recommend this lady to anyone, she will drag on your case for more money 🤑

I hired Elaina when I was going through a custody battle and of all the things I could say about her, the one I'll focus on is that in a time when everything felt so uncertain, she really listened. She really cared. I didn't feel like a client, I felt like I had someone on my side who was truly invested in the outcome of my situation. I can't express clearly enough the value of that and I truly believe that's a rare quality in a person in this field. I never for a moment felt like she was counting minutes for billing, which is something I often hear of other's experiences in situations where you have to retain legal counsel. If you want someone who will fight for you like you've known each other for years, this is your lawyer.

I have been linked with Elaina for close to seven years. She has guided me through an exhausting divorce and family court experience. Elaina has been there every step of the way. I can speak from experience that her and her staff have been there for every phone call, text message and email. Elaina is not only compassionate and caring, she is merciless when it comes to sticking up for whats right. I wouldn't want anyone else by my side.
