Elaina helped me with a post-divorce custody battle. I wish I could go back in time to have her help me with my divorce because I would never had to have gone through the post-divorce issues if she was my attorney from the beginning. There are so many things I could say about Elaina - but that would entail writing an entire novel. I’ll try to keep this short (but it will be very hard). Elaina is amazing. Truly. She was so helpful and so dedicated to our case when we had to deal with custody of my stepson. She was so responsive anytime we had an issue or question and she’s more than reasonably priced for her services. NYS is typically known as a “mom state”, so my husband was very understandably nervous about going to court and getting screwed over. Thanks to Elaina, that never happened. She fought for us so hard and accomplished something not many lawyers could have done for us. She is so sweet and caring and kind. My husband and I could have never asked for a better lawyer to represent us. Some of you may be hesitant to use her services with some of these bad reviews on here. Let me tell you, these bad reviews are completely and totally false allegations with the intent to smear someone ones good name. None of these people are her clients and they are just trolling. I promise you, Elaina is an amazing lawyer and because we grew so close during our time together, I consider her a dear friend. I love her and appreciate her for all she’s done for us.
