First- It is nice to know that Ms. Monte will respond to a Google review rather than respond to her paying clients. I have spent $7500 in three years and nothing has changed. We now face trial and she wants an additional $5000. After many attorney only conferences which they are probably talking about where to go golfing next, I have NEVER heard from her about how my case is going. I literally just received a phone call a month ago stating that it was going to trial and she needs an additional $5000. Second- Ms. Monte is constantly going on vacation. It is extremely hard to get ahold of her and what is most frustrating is when you send her a text and she doesn't respond, she still triple charges you even though she hasn't responded. Third- She claims that she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only is that statement false but it is grossly misleading. She has not once cares about my situation or the well being of my child, if she did my court case would be wrapped up by now. Grand total: 12,500.00 for absolutely nothing! Nothing has changed in my court case in three years!!!! The visitation is still the same. We now face the anxiety of trial and leaving it up to a complete total stranger to see what is the best interest of the child based on he said/she said. She is the ultimate fraud! To answer your question it isn't easy to get up money/ retainer for another lawyer. I am a single mom struggling to keep my kid and I truly feel you take advantage of your clients. If you actually cared, there would be genuine positive reviews and not just because you wine on Facebook to have your friends leave a positive review so you can feel better about yourself. Even if you do give out your cell phone number that doesn't guarantee you get back to us, your clients. You make us trust you and then once you get our money, you ignore us.

Got really good advice

Schedule an appointment online do to the pandemic. Was given a date for a week later 8 a.m. I was surprised that I did not receive a confirmation call from her office nor did I call to confirm I trusted technology. I arrived at her office at 7:50 a.m. and the door was locked waited until 8:30 a.m. no one showed up so I departed.

This attorney is a true professional. Not only knowledgeable, but extremely caring and compassionate. This is rare to find in this world. I would highly recommend Christopher. I drove an hour to see him and he was worth the drive.

I initially called just to ask a question, not sure how bankruptcy worked or if i could file. He answered my question honestly and there was no sales pitch, he seemed like he just wanted to help me. So, when the time came to file bankruptcy , he immediately came to mind, went in for my free consultation. Mr Tyrpak walked me thru the whole process and explained it every step of the way I was only filing bankruptcy due to a family legal and financial matter, and after listening to my story he advised me what I needed to do to best benefit me. I truly felt he just wanted to help me out of a difficult situation. Never seemed like it was just a job or he took it just for the money. Elaina Monte is worth her weight in gold in Family Court. She actually listens to you. She isn’t the kind of lawyer who asks you how many kids you have (again) on your third appearance. She’s absolutely brilliant, down-to-earth, and kind. She is also tough!!! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with with a lawyer. She sees through BS in a heartbeat and is smart enough to prove it to the court. You will love her. She is worth it. She gives you peace of mind that is well-founded because of her knowledge and outstanding ability to represent you in court. She knows her stuff inside and out. Just a thoroughly enjoyable person.
