We've used David's services several times over the years and each time has been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and his guidance has always been spot on. We never felt rushed; he always takes the time to listen to our questions and concerns and spends the necessary time to explain things thoroughly and makes sure all steps are complete. This has been true whether we were in his office or on the phone with him. He and his staff always are welcoming and receptive. I have the utmost confidence in David's services.

I am currently going through a truly difficult time with my elderly mother and her diagnosis of Dementia. I called this law firm to schedule a consultation. I said "Good morning, how are you?" and a woman rudely replies "Yeah?" Not a hello or good morning. She was extremely dismissive throughout the conversation. I was stunned by her demeanor and thought I had the wrong number. I truly believe that the initial phone call sets the tone for your experience. Customers can tell when someone doesn't want to answer calls and doesn't want to be helpful. Why allow them to continue answering the phone and have you lose clients? I've read really great reviews about this law office, but will go elsewhere to make sure my situation is handled with regard for my mothers case.

We have relied on David Okrent's services for many years. His expertise is unmatched in the area of Elder Law and he has prepared documents for us many times for many purposes. He also is a wealth of knowledge about many topics and is willing to honestly address any issues. Beyond all of his professional qualifications he is a real pleasure to work with.

David prepared the estates of both my parents (wills, trusts, health care proxy, etc). They were elderly and David interacted with them extremely well, gaining my fathers confidence which was essential. Over the years, my mother passed away and my father is now confined to a nursing home. Although these have been difficult times, David's prior work on the estate and ongoing guidance were outstanding and extraordinarily helpful. Most recently he helped guide us in getting my father into the appropriate nursing home for his care and completed the medicaid application process. I am a retired CPA but I can not imagine going through this process with David's assistance.

David and his staff are very knowledgeable concerning elder law and accounting. His firm was so helpful and eased our concerns during this planning stage . I would highly recommend David and his team.
