first and foremost i want bless God for this great news after two and half years. It was little challenging but we put through thanks to mr Underwood and his team, today is one of my happiest days with this good news thank you so much Mike Jacob G Nagbe.

Michael represented me for a prenuptial agreement, from start to finish. He was professional, curtious, and candid. His office was always willing to work around differing schedules and was very responsive to phone calls and emails.

I really wish I could give zero stars. My experience with the Underwood Law Firm and the “Bald Divorce Lawyer” was so very disappointing. I had never been divorced before so I wasn’t well informed about the process or what I should expect from a lawyer. Hopefully this helps anyone else doing research on potential lawyers. This is what you should expect from Mike Underwood: Incompetence, frustration, and regret. Mike is REALLY good at no-showing scheduled calls and mismanaging his time, he easily missed 50% of our phone calls and had excuses on tap. We aren’t talking about huge strategy level calls, just regularly scheduled phone conversations to discuss court updates and such. Most of the time he couldn’t remember any pertinent case details and when he provided updates from court appearances, it was like I was being messaged by an 8 year old. Overall, incredibly unprofessional. During one actual phone call (a miracle that it even happened), Mike didn’t properly hang up when the call was over. That was the day I got to hear the real Mike, listening to him talk smack about me and at least one other client. After the divorce was all over, I reached out to a friend that has connections in the NY divorce lawyer sector, probably should have done that first, and found out I had retained a clown instead of lawyer. Real lawyers don’t need “Bald” gimmicks to get business, they work hard to build up a good reputation by trying to be the best. Not.this.guy. If you have tons of extra cash on hand and if you want to give it to someone that doesn’t have clue, I highly recommend retaining this legend.

Mr. Underwood help me with my divorce and it went smoothly,fast and he himself was a great person,and always keep me updated, an answer every question i didn't understand, a really great guy.

I'm very happy with Mike and his staff. The final outcome was everything I had hoped for.

I hired Underwood Law back in 2016 for my child support and custody issues. At the first meeting I was told by Mr. Underwood himself he was a Fathers Right attorney which is what I needed at that time. I hired this Law firm to represent me for my custody issues and Fathers Rights battle neither of these two issues were ever resolved by this firm if anything I lost more of my Father’s Rights and visitation of my two boys. After 2 years and thousands of dollars spent nothing was resolved, when we did go to court Mr. Underwood was never prepared and was very unorganized to the point were it seemed as my case wasn’t important to him. There was very little communication from this law firm except for emails regarding the bill owed for supposed work done on my case. At one point I had to “fire” Mr. Underwood after spending a minimum of $8000, nothing was ever resolved and I had actually lost visiting rights of my children due to his lack of knowledge on how to handle a case like this. I had to hire another Law firm to get my issues resolved. Do yourself a favor do some research before hiring Underwood Law firm for any custody issues or Fathers Rights. Definitely not worth the $350 an hour charged for services.

Mr Underwood was a pleasure to work with in my divorce case. I definitely recommend reaching out for any legal matters.

Absurdly expensive for poor results. Not worth the money he slowly drains from you.

I recommend this lawyer for help on contested divorces because I was in a very difficult situation and he came through for me. His staff was responsive, his advice and predictions were correct. Also, one of the only divorce lawyers that gives free consultations, so I was able to speak with him first about my matter
