It took me several weeks to make an important decision to visit an attorney, this is a life changing event and I needed some guidance. Mr. Underwood may be a fine attorney but I'll never find out. 1 hour before our appointment I received a call confirming my appointment. I had to take time off from my job to meet with him. I waited exactly 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment then left as Mr. Underwood was "stuck" in traffic. I drove 25 minutes through the city with no problems. I hope going forward Mr. Underwood realizes these appointments are important and he Starts to respect individual's time. Good luck if you choose.
