I got in contact with Lee Shelton back in April for a speeding ticket, he struck me as the most honest and objective of the lawyers I had called up at the time. Lee communicated very clear possible outcomes, of which the best scenario he described unfolded to a T, saving me money and points on my license. My friends and family will definitely hear me share his firms name if they mention needing legal help regarding speeding/traffic tickets.

I recently received a speeding ticket in Westchester County, and was looking for a traffic ticket attorney to represent me. My speeding ticket was for doing 81 in a 55mph zone. Leaving the possibility for 6 POINTS on my license! This was peak COVID - courts were closed, everything was uncertain. I was lucky to find Mr.Shelton from doing quite a bit of research online. I did do my fair share of speaking of attorneys, but from my very first conversation with Lee, he kept me well informed of all of the possible outcomes of my situation. He brought to my attention fees and concerns that I were not aware of with my situation. Upon signing a contract with Lee - the very same day he sent all required information to the courts and told me he would be in contact. We checked in here and there - then it happened. He called me to tell me he managed to get it knocked down to a parking ticket. MUSIC TO MY EARS! I highly recommend contacting Mr.Shelton for any traffic infraction! I hope not to need him - but I’m happy to have a go to guy.

Lee Shelton was extremely professional and communicative. He laid out the meaning of the law, actions he would take, and expected outcomes in very easy to understand terms and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response by e-mail. The entire case was easily handled through a few e-mail communications back and forth and payment online. At the end of the day, he obtained the best of the possible outcomes he had detailed for me and I was extremely pleased at how stress-free the process was.
