My wife received a speeding ticket on 84 coming out of CT into NY for allegedly doing 80 mph in a 55. I contacted the Shelton Law office in October 2020, spoke with Lee, sent, via email all the information he requested.
He looked it over, contacted me , said everything was in order and may not hear from him for a few months but not to worry.
July 2021 Lee contacted us with the results and the fine to pay. This ticket was reduced to zero points, no DMV assessment and no possible increase in insurance.

I wrote to The Shelton Law Firm on a Monday (VIA EMAIL) when my court day was just 4 days away and I was facing 7 points + license suspension + driver assessment fees. Mr. Shelton responded the same day, everything was by email & he even won my case reducing my total costs to only $221 in fines!! I highly recommend the Shelton Law Firm for any of your traffic tickets! Lee was extremely responsive and helpful during the process of my traffic violation. I was potentially looking at 3 points and an over $300 fine, but he was able to get it reduced to ZERO points and a $175 fine. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the process and was extremely clear on any next steps needed from me.

Lee represented my son for a speeding ticket infraction and was great. Lee got the speeding charge totally dismissed and plead down to a littering fine with no points on license, no insurance increase and no record on my son's drivers license. I would definitely use Lee again.
