Call Lee Shelton if you feel you've been issued an unfair moving violation ticket. I was in that situation after passing through Dutchess County last summer, during the pandemic. I found Lee Shelton's firm through online reviews and Lee listened to my story. He explained the law in this case and then followed up with an email to get the process started. He is well-automated and all business, but he is not a factory. He replies to emails promptly, provides updates (particularly helpful during the pandemic), and had my violation reduced (rightly so!).
