Lee Shelton is truly a miracle worker. I was stopped for crossing hazardous markings in Rye, NY. The penalties for this ticket include 3 points on your driving record, $238 in fines, and increased exposure to both the NY driver responsibility assessment and a possible increase in insurance premiums. Lee was able to get the ticket reduced to a littering violation under VTL 1220(a). NO POINTS and no harm to my driving record or affect my automobile insurance premiums. It did not even appear on my driving record. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE SHELTON!. He is responsive, professional, and informative.

My experience with The Shelton Law firm has been nothing but the greatest. They got me a no point resolution to a potentially 4pt and a heavy penalty speeding ticket. The price was not my concern, but I believe it was a good value. What I needed was a no-headache solution, as I was pregnant and completely overwhelmed with work and school. I couldn't think straight and didn't need another issue to deal with. Mr. Shelton was exactly what I needed. After filling out a couple of forms and sending (scanned) over to him, I had to do nothing the entire time until the ruling many months later. Before picking the Shelton Law Firm, I tried asking around but without success. Since I live in long island (many tolls and miles away from where I got a ticket in Briarcliff Manor), I decided to just google. I must admit, I was concerned that I may fall prey to some scammers. Lee was hired for speeding ticket allegedly going 41 mph over the speed limit (91 on a 50 zone). This ticket would have caused me to lose my license. He managed to reduce the violation to non-speeding violation. He is a fair and honest lawyer and I would recommend his services.
