Affar and his team did an amazing job with ensuring that the closing of my house went smoothly without any hassle. He thoroughly explained everything in my contract to ensure we had the best deal with this. Buying a house has always be known to be a tremendous task with alot of back and forth and obstacles, however with Affar and his team, I barely lifted a finger yet knew every move, every progress with my contract. Ashley and Anupa were a HUGE help with all the questions I had ensuring they found the answers and solved all problems that came our way. The night of closing displayed Mr. Baksh and his team knowledge, drive and passion they put into their clients. It was a 5 hour closing, where our bank made a HUGE error and Mr. Baksh and his team were up until 9pm becoming the bank, adding/subtracting/distributing and breaking apart my loan to ensure WE CLOSED this deal. If we didn't we would of lost our loan as the rate expired the same day, so him and his team diligently worked all night to ensure we closed, scraps of papers everywhere, phone calls left and right and a lot of patience. I would and will recommend Affar Baksh to anyone who is buying a property.
