This is my first time doing real estate transaction. Anupa made me feel so comfortable with everything that needed to be done. She was responsive and punctual. Got the attorney to pay most of the fees and taxes. Also give great advice. She is amazing and great at her job. I would very much recommend her services.

I just want to take a minute to thank Affar and his team for all of their professionalism, guidance, patience and help during the purchase of our home. Our contract was signed on 5/30 and closing occurred on 6/19 and his team was fully synchronized and firing on all cylinders to make this happened. All of this occurred during COVID times and even with these hurdles, they were able to accommodate the sellers, lenders and our request. Chapeau! I highly recommend Affar's service to anyone who is interested in buying or selling property in NYC. Absolutely, love Anupa's constant help and support and she answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me with buying my first property and resolved all the ECB issues that came up while we did the title search. Love their service and definitely will use them again and will refer to my friends and family.
