Only with Ryan Walsh’s help was I able to sell and close on the home. When I encountered difficulties with the home buyers, he was a lifesaver. Mr. Walsh would pick up the phone and call me. Besides staying in touch, he offered resources when things were not going well. He went beyond his responsibilities as a lawyer and genuinely connected with me and my needs. Ryan Walsh has empathy and professionalism that are exceptional; his fees were reasonable. His service was outstanding.

Ryan Walsh was recommended to me by the relative of mine. My experience was positive. Both Ryan and Albert were professional and knowledgeable, they knew that I was first time home buyer so I had a lot of questions and needed a good advise. They made sure that all the paperwork was done correctly, contract was signed and everything went smoothly, so that we went to closing and I got my new house. The fees in their company are affordable as well. Great job!
