I recently closed on purchasing a COOP through Walsh and Gilad. I found them through using Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans so the lawyer fees were all covered by the plan. I had a very good experience with the process as Ryan Walsh and Albert Hakimi were very thorough and did a good job from drafting the initial signed contract all the way to the final closing. Ryan Walsh also helped me find a good mortgage broker who helped me lock in a rate right before rates spiked. I would highly recommend using Walsh and Gilad, especially if you are someone who is enrolled in Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans as all the legal fees are covered.

I use their services to buy a house and the guide me through process; since day one communication was great, although the process was very long due to the seller’s inconvenience, they proof to be consistent and on top of the situation.
