My experience with Walsh & Gilad started great but after a while, it went a little sour. I had trouble reaching folks when I was down to the wire with needing to close to before 2021 wrapped. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get someone to talk to me via phone and email. However, I was referred to them via a first time homebuyers program in my neighborhood. I'm sure if I was spending more money, I probably would've been a little higher on the priority list. However, my closing went smoothly with Albert's help. I'm grateful for him helping on that anxiety-provoking day to make sure my needs were met despite the seller not having it altogether as was promised. Albert came through for me in the final hour. Really happy with the final outcome.

Amazing team. Maria Mateo and staff are incredible group of consummate professionals. Worked with them for the better part of this year. From the receptionists, to the paralegal team and Maria herself, no complaints. Answers all your questions, guide and help you with everything along the way and more important; give you peace of mind. I was assigned to a wonderful, professional and nice paralegal named Mayra. I have nothing but praises and amazing things to say about her. She was wonderful to work with, she was on top of everything, from the initial phone call, to every follow up call/text/e-mail remained friendly and cheerful all the way to the end. Thank you! I used Walsh & Gilad during my process of buying a co-op during the summer of 2021. Ryan is excellent! About as cool as ice on a winter day. Super nice dude who’s always on top of everything. Anything you need, and he will take care of It. He’s one of those attorneys that always pushed to get things done and never leaves It to the next man or for another day. He’s constantly on top of tasks and always makes sure It gets done. Anthony was my closing attorney. Excellent dude as well. Very cool. He made my closing process super smooth. Extremely grateful to both of these dudes. I recommend this law firm and their services were top notch.

I completed my real estate purchase transaction with the law firm of Walsh & Gilad yesterday. The attorneys and staff were consistently responsive throughout the process. They were always available to take my calls and address my concerns. All were incredibly professional and the closing itself was flawless. The entire experience was an extremely positive one.

Albert worked with me on my purchase. He was very hands on with my purchase. I knew that he was doing a lot but didn't realize just how much work and communication was going on until I heard it from the other parties. He stayed on top of things throughout the entire process, contacted me when he needed to and just made everything as smooth as possible on my end. Closing was a breeze with him representing me.

Ryan represented me 12 years ago with the purchase of my first home. I was very impressed with his knowledge on things that I needed to add to my contract to help the contract work in my favor since I was a first-time homeowner.
