Being represented by Marc and his team has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, professional, knowledgeable, diligent. The firm was quick to discover a construction permit issue with what is now my property. Something that had escaped the attention of some previous law firm. All was quickly resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I am grateful to Marc Miller & Associates, recommend the firm to others and intend to retain them for any future transaction.

On Nov 15th 2022, I closed one the the most difficult sale I've had in 10 years. It wasn't easy/ After 2 years' and 3 different law offices and got nowhere. Good luck had just stung me, when I was turned on to Adam, I don't know what his title is, but he doesn't need one. He's the hub of the most well oiled machine I've dealt with in 10 years in Commercial and residential sales. Normally, I spend way too much time being the squeeky wheel . If I didn't kick a hornets nest, I'd be waiting weeks, and months just to find out some obscure piece of paper was holding up closing on 6 and 7 figure sales. Jenn and Adam got it done in record time. Now I know Marc Miller was in earshot during every visit I made to his office. Never had to make a single call to him to complain. No need.. There were other people behind the scenes I'm sure were vital to close the deal. I am giving Adan my contact info to give to anyone who wants to know more about my Marc Miller experience. PS I've never done this before And I sure ain't getting paid. In this business we've chosen, we need people who go above and beyond. Mediocrity, I can get that anywhere. A wonderful experience from the first phone call! I was referred to MWM & Assoc by my Rupco first-time homebuyer counselor. I was looking for a real estate attorney to help me purchase the home I rented in a private sale.
