Working with this team was a great experience. Excellent communication! It took them about a month to do what another attorney had been working on for 5 months with little progress. Fire your current attorney and hire them! I have a few other family members who have also used Marc Miller & Associates and have nothing but great things to say.

We recently had the pleasure of using the Marc Miller & Associates for a closing on a house we sold. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant and the response time for any questions was prompt. I usually spoke to Andrew who was always helpful. We worked with Marc W. Miller & Associates on the closing for our home. Andrew and Sapana were both amazing. They kept us updated on everything going on and were easy to contact if there was an issue. As first time homebuyers, we were unfamiliar with many steps of the process, but we felt that everything was explained clearly and the experience was made as stress free as possible through their professionalism, understanding, and attentiveness.

Andrew always responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a situation in which both the seller and buyer needed to use a Power of Attorney for signing the closing papers which complicated the process. My only complaint is that I had to have my POA notarized and witnessed twice which could have been avoided if a good explanation had been given the first time. Otherwise, I felt confident in the professionalism of the work that was done for us. Thank you!
