I went to Jacoby and Jacoby for a recent problem I had. I was not sure if anyone could help me, I thought maybe it was helpless. I sat down with a partner and within minutes I felt a world better. Was nervous at first to go through a bankruptcy. The staff at Jacoby helped me understand this wasn't the end of the world. More like a new beginning. They were friendly and helpful through the entire process. After completion they even worked to get me settlements from debt collectors who unlawfully contacted me, or used illegal tactics and threats. Would refer anyone to them. Payment plan makes sure it doesn't strain you finacially in an already difficult time. 8 months from being discharged I'm already on the way to rebuilding my credit. Couldn't be happier. First let me start by saying Bankruptcy is not an easy decision. That being said, having filed bankruptcy with Jacoby and Jacoby was the right decision for me.
