Mark Polsky took on my workers Comp case about 4 years ago, after I, a NYS Parole Officer, was injured a few times while taking parolees into custody Officer. He got me a substantial award ,10x what I thought I would get. His attention to all the details about my case and the patience he taught me paid off. I would highly recommend him to all, especially those in the Law enforcement and first responder community.

This place is absolutely a fake! The moment they speak to you and ask you about your case and meet with you is amazing and flowers and unicorns... however, the moment you start asking questions, calling to show concerns and inquire about money and updates- you get nasty receptionists or whoever answers the phone, a nasty attitude from Genie or Jeanie however her name is spelled and the actual attorney M. Rosen never is around and doesn’t call back. Today the attorney magically got on the phone to take my call and had the audacity to say he felt weary taking on a second case because I am impatient. Disgusting in and out. Stay away, far away from this joke of a business. I will assure I tell everyone what a horrible experience I had. Please don’t be fooled with how nice they appear the first initial conversation or meeting you have- it all goes downhill from there. I was literally dismissed and his poor excuse was I was impatient and expectations were unrealistic and his staff felt that I was speaking to them inappropriately. Well guess what?? Yes I have a right to ask questions and question your work. Your job is to deal and handle people like me. Maybe they shouldn’t be in business and chose a different career path. Horrible place people stay away!!!

Don't go to these guys if you want good Workers Compensation lawyers. They don't care and don't seem to want to help their clients. I dealt with Mark Polsky. When I met him he seemed interested only in signing papers to represent me. This man never returns phone calls. I had a friend who used him and said the same thing. Mark never helped me in court when I was hurt. The insurance company got away with stopping paying me. He did nothing and looked bored in court. He only called me when a low ball offer came in to settle from the insurance company, so he could get paid his cut. He was sarcastic answering questions. Now I know it was a bad offer that I should not have signed and Mark should have known this.
