I would give them zero stars if I could. I used them over 10 years ago for a workers comp claim, and I am still very frustrated and not over the whole experience. I was referred to them by my union, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Boy was I wrong. If you like NEVER getting someone on the phone, getting talked down to when they do actually talk to you, and basically getting NO HELP, than this is the firm for you.

We used Polsky Shouldice & Rosen for my father's workers' compensation claim. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable and confident that we had chosen the right firm. Throughout the entire process, we felt that they kept us informed in a way that made sense, even to my father whose first language is not English. He was respectful of our needs, attentive to all questions, and most importantly, diligent in getting us the best possible financial compensation.
