My experience with Ms. Dow was great! My divorce was very nasty, drawn out and stressful but Ms. Dow always remained cool, calm and in control. There were times I was falling apart but Ms. Dow gave me the strength and courage to keep going because she really cares about her clients. She is honest, fair, extremely professional and highly respected. Ms. Dow fought hard for me and my kids and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you so much Sheralyn for all you've done and continue to do for me.

Ms. Dow was/is the best family lawyer I've worked with. I have worked with three others, prior to her. She's accessible, knowledgeable and understanding; cutting right to the heart of the matter. And I figured all of this out from an hour and a half consultation session! Well worth the money.

She is by far one of the most brilliant legal minds on Staten Island. Her compassion and transparency has been a breath of fresh air in an arena which can be dog eat dog. She is thorough, concise and extremely knowledgeable about the law. She has no problem sharing with others on what she knows. I have even watched her in court on other cases and she is amazing. I had a consultation with Sheralynn in October 2020 for a last minute case that I was served on. From beginning to end she was very knowledgeable and comforting. I didn't feel rushed and she made sure I understood all of her responses to my questions. Even though I was unable to retain her for my custody issue due to residential jurisdiction she still took her time out to explain to me how I should proceed and even referred me to someone in that State in the event my case would be brought up in that state. Mr. Muchnik & Ms. Marino are an excellent team, they help our family achieve our goals to get Community Medicaid - Managed Long Term Care for our mother, much needed for her care and wellbeing. Steven helped me in settling my dad's estate in the absence of a will. My dad had dementia and a lot of documents were lost. Steven took care of all the court filings and contacting car companies to settle outstanding loans without me setting foot anywhere, which I appreciated. He was a calming factor during a difficult time. Steven is very prompt in replying to my calls and emails. I am very happy with his services and knowledge.
