From the moment I met Steven Shumer to discuss my divorce, I knew he had my best interests in mind and he knew his stuff. I presented him with a case that had many grey areas and he was still able to work with it and the final outcome is concise with all of the best interests of my child taken care of. Then I called him my attorney, today (8 years later) I still keep in touch with him and am honored to now consider him a friend as well. Steven Shumer is a picture of professionalism and has a keen sense of the law and a confident and commanding presence in the courtroom. I highly recommend him to anyone I meet who is in need of legal counsel.

I have been a client of Berger, Fischoff & Shumer for about five years. In that time, I was guided through a difficult and emotional divorce proceeding by Steven Shumer and his staff.
