I highly recommend Riebling, Proto, & Sachs if you are in need of legal representation. I hired Andrew Proto after seeing him represent someone in court before I had an attorney. The way he engaged with the Judge made him stick out from the other attorneys. That same day I meet him at his office to go over my case and I hired him on the spot. My case was resolved after a few back and fourths for what I feel was the best outcome possible considering my other infractions. Once again I would highly recommend this firm. Thank you Guys!DB

Mr. Proto and his colleagues were able to reduce my speeding ticket to a parking ticket. Being that it was my first speeding ticket I was nervous and unaware of how to handle the situation. Excellent firm. Riebling, Proto & Sachs negotiated my traffic ticket down to a no-points parking violation. They are experts at traffic law and made the entire process easy. Keith Brown, is the Divorce Attorney to retain, When Knowledge, Wisdom, understanding and a sharp ability to pick up and point out details, as well as articulate clearly in court and negotiations, is what you need to defend yourself. When making my case and protecting my interest in Divorce Court, Keith Brown, proved that I made the right choice and had the best Attorney in the business. He is tops in my book. He stood by me through a divorce that was like a soap opera on steroids. What could have been a major disaster for me, with his guidance watching out for my best interest, turned out to be a very favorable and bearable, positive outcome. All along the way he was compassionate towards my situation and listened to my every concern. He was also always accessible to me via email or call when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce. You will not be disappointed.

I’d like to share my experience with Riebling, Proto & Sachs, LLP. My case were handled on divorce matter. Mr. K Brown was appointed by the court, I applied for, because being in debt (marital), was not able to hire attorney. At first Mr. Brown tried to refuse service to me through the court for the reason he already has pro-bono client and it will be burden to him to take another case like that, his request to court was not granted, so he had to take my case. Dealing with this firm was on the breaking point. Mr. Brown has poor communication skills or was not willing to communicate to me. Often they would ignore my questions or give insignificant and blurry answers. He went on couple of meeting with referee, he took notes, but would not stand up for me and defend me in face of unfriendly referee and hostile opposing council, who is been engaged in lies. Soon he turns me over to inexperienced associate Ms. Nina Lee. She gives me suggestions that turn out to be potentially damaging to me, only additional pressure from me, makes her confirm it with Mr. Brown and was able to correct her mistake, and no apology. At some point I’ve got feeling like there is some kind collusion in between parties involved, especially with opposing council, on the top of biased referee. I did express to Ms. Nina Lee my concern that opposing council is engaged in lies, all she answer is that opposing council is always like that, and did nothing to confront that behavior. At the end of negotiation, I was called to office and meat with Ms. Nina Lee and Mr. Andrew Proto. They were even not appointed to me, both of them. Mr. Brown did not show up. Both of them tried to convince me to accept unfavorable agreement with financial damage to me and potential to jeopardize my custody. Obviously they did not want to go for trial, and want to close the case. Fortunately I could take out loan to hire alternative lawyer. And new lawyer was able to negotiate solid 50/50 custody. However it was too far in the process to argue finances, and would cost me a lot, at that point. If I proceed with that I would end up paying big chunk of recovered funds to new lawyer. So my financial damages in dealing with Riebling, Proto & Sachs, LLP is $10K+ in lawyer’s fee, and unrecovered marital debt $10K+, of $20K+ total. And on the top of it during marriage my mother gave us $40K+, that at least half of it could have been recovered, so here is another $20K+ in losses. Total financial damages is $40K+. For sure you get what you paid for. But I did not elect the law on pro-bono cases. So Mr. Keith Brown is critically unprofessional, and his performance is unacceptable. Ms. Nina Lee is amateur. Mr. Andrew Proto obviously in support of such unprofessionalism. They do get some points from the court to participate in pro-bono program, but in return they care less of those clients. I would not recommend dealing with this company as they are disgrace for profession.

"Experience is the best teacher". Bravo to Andrew & his effective team who took me out of sleepless nights; worrying about my wrongfully issued speeding ticket "55/80". In fact, Andrew & his team were very professional & very caring in handling the case which ended in dismissal. Wow! Andrew is absolutely terrific. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to all Brothers & Sisters out there!!
