I was gonna lose my license and possible jail time with ,(not to mention all the money that I was gonna Pay to the city) over a speeding ticket 92/50 in the sawmill , thank God I called the experts at Riebling,Proto & Sachs LLP ,I talked to Mr. Andrew Proto and right after that called I was confident that I was in good hands.!! This review is truly meant to save other women from having their lives destroyed by the morally corrupt and unethical Keith Brown, an attorney who works for the law firm, Riebling, Proto & Sachs, LLP. If you are about to go through the nightmare of a contested divorce, do not even think about hiring this unhappy, unfriendly, arrogant young man who is totally unfamiliar with the laws of divorce and maintenance in the state of New York. In my case, as a senior citizen whose only income is my social security, I needed my husband's support, just to maintain my independence, and though he lives an extravagant lifestyle with his mistress, he cried poverty to the court. After eight months on the case, Mr. Brown had all the evidence he needed, to prove that my husband could well afford the support that would allow me to survive on my own, without becoming someone's burden, While that may sound all well and good, the problem was, with one more legal procedure to go, before heading to the negotiating table, Mr. Brown suddenly decided not to proceed as planned. He was finished, case closed, simple as that. You can draw your own conclusions as to why and how that could happen, but I know that Mr. Brown made a deal with the devil, the devil being my husband, whose shady business practices, along with his true income, would never be revealed at the negotiating table because there would be no negotiating. The judge didn't mind, because to him, it was one more case he could remove from his calendar, and that's what the justice system is all about now. To make a long story short, I am now divorced, with no support and thirty days to vacate what was once the marital home before my husband ran off with his mistress. Whether or not this happens to you depends entirely on how determined your husband is to not give you a dime in alimony. Meanwhile, you will still be stuck with an attorney who won't fight for you or even defend you if necessary, and believe me, it will be necessary because unlike Mr. Brown, your husband's attorney will most likely fight tooth and nail on his client's behalf, even if it means dragging you and your character to hell and back. There's so much more to this incredible but true story, but I think you have enough to be forewarned not to put your life in Keith Brown's hands.

Yes, this firm asked for a big retainer BUT, after talking to a couple of other area lawyers, this firm seemed more aggressive. I met with David Sachs at my first meeting and he gave me the feeling that I was going to be well protected in my trumped up, ridiculously racist criminal charges against me. Money well spent. David was fantastic. He was able to have my case dismissed by filing legal papers with a court appearance with testimony (not a trial). Judge agreed with his legal opinion and dismissed my case. I can't thank him enough. Also, on one court date lawyer Andrew Proto from the firm appeared on my case which was fine, because I did hire the firm, but what was exceptional about it was that he knew my case just as well as David. In my view, this firm is top notch.

It so happened that I ran through a stop sign in the village of Tuckahoe a few months back. In conference with Mr.Sachs he assured me that he will do his utmost best to secure a favourable resolution to the matter on my behalf. So said, so done. Iwas very worried because my license was in jeopardy if I were to be found guilty, I live in a neighbouring state and in NJ you get additionally penalized if you are found guilty of any moving violation in NY state. Thank God I encountered and chose this law firm to represent me. This is my experience with Mr. Sach's and all I can say is that, if you have a legal traffic matter, retain him and you literally could not be in better hands.
