I first met Chris at a business function and since then we’ve managed to stay connected throughout the years. Chris maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism in which assures me and allows me to rest knowingly that any of my clients that I refer to him are always well taken care of. Chris has also assisted me with a personal matter after enduring a landlord tenant issue that had arisen. He patiently discussed with me all the potential scenarios, the possible outcomes and guided me through each step of the way. I had a very urgent issue with a lease agreement that I signed but had to cancel due to personal reasons. I contacted Mr Geoffrey T. Mott's office and was able to speak with Mr Mott immediately. He was very professional, kind and asked me all the right questions to get the full picture of my case. I forwarded to him my lease agreement and all correspondence I had from the leasing office. He then worked with his staff (Christopher D. Ginelli) to contact the leasing office and try to resolve this issue and cancel the agreement. They had to act fast as the time was running out. They had to send a letter via certified mail, fax and e-mail. They did everything in one day! They were in contact with me all the time, responding to all my emails promptly and keeping me up to date on the progress. I was not only able to cancel the lease agreement but I also got all my money back (first month's rent and security deposit)! And all this happened during COVID -19 when the leasing office was technically closed and it was very hard to get hold of anyone. Thank you Mr Mott and Mr Ginelli for helping me sort out this issue - you are true professionals and I will definitely be reaching out again if I ever need to.

Mr Haner completed my will, he also made sure that any supporting document were included, some thing I hadn't even thought of.
