Even though it took me over 6 months to get rid of my tenant, this law firm make it happen. Its seems to be Yonkers judges are pro tenant. I really want to thank Ms. Victoria Gerico for all her help. She answered all my questions and returned all my phone calls and while with my frustration.

Mr Dibbini James. He is really hungry, there is no limit to his greed. I had a bad tenant he wanted to charge me 3 grand to start. Wanted to pay him even before hearing me out or listen to my case. He is there for a total business for his own interest first then maybe for the client, well I was so stupid I still hired him because I saw all these reviews probably written by his friends or family. So he took my money sent some new attorney on my hearings charged me extra 250 for each hearing I end up paying him almost 6 thousand and wasted 4 months and end up in trail. Then he asked for more. I fired him at that point. I'm writing this review so others like me can find some one better who cares for client a little more than his money. Very very disappointed actually more disappointed and mad at him than my tenant. At least my tenants are open about who they are they are openly bad and he pretends to be good but he will stab you on your back. Do not hire him he is just like a used car dealer.
