Lav guided me through the process of purchasing my new home, and although we had some challenges along the way, Lav was there with supportive advice and solutions that resolved the challenges. Additionally, whenever I had questions or concerns, Lav would respond promptly, and if he was busy at the time of my call, he would note via text message that he would contact me as soon as he could, and he did. I had a short stint with this Law Firm as I did not obtain the property i wanted. This had nothing to do with the outstanding work of Lav Patel. Mr Patel was very open and responsive along with extremely knowledgeable. He answered my emails right away. He does speak rather fast so you might have to wait until he finishes speaking to get a word in. The Lawfirm is very professional and clean. The fees are standard for representation. Although i didnt get the property, I'm very glad I met Mr Patel as i might need their services in the future. I highly recommend this Lawfirm and Lav Patel.
