I was on hunt to find a good real-estate/litigation lawyer in Yonkers area to litigate a real-estate transaction with the seller. I have consulted different lawyers when I had an issue with lead-poisoning of a house that I was supposed to buy an year ago. I stopped hunting around when I found Jim Dibbini. Jim gave me a free consultation on this case, after studying my case he provided me with lots of information on how he is going to litigate it with the seller. Fortunately, the seller didn’t go for litigation after he came to know that I was in touch with Jim and the seller fully reimbursed my deposit and cancelled the transaction. Jim was nothing short of professional and effectiveness to draft a lease document for us by applying the recent changes and as well as by satisfying both the sides. Jim did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of everything and punctual to figure out and answer all our questions throughout the process.
