I recently retained the services of Kunal Yadav of Dibbini & Assoc. involving a difficult and complicated matter of eviction. Mr. Yadav had proven to be a professional and well versed with the smallest aspects of the litigation. More importantly, he had made himself readily available for any questions and was prompt in returning any and all correspondence, no matter how trivial. There were moments when we had become concerned, even anxious, that the eviction process would drag on indefinitely. He assured us that he was acutely aware of the situation and had already arranged that a summons be issued to appear in court. With that, the person vacated the premises and turned in the keys. Mr Yadav was not only most effective but was understanding, empathetic and treated us accordingly. As a lawyer, he was uncharacteristically, truly a gentleman.

I have used many attorneys for real estate and business over the past 30 years. And I have to say that James is a true professional. He is extremely detailed and keeps you well informed all the way through the process. The only regret I have is that I did not meet him years ago!! Quite frankly the best attorney I have ever used.

James Dibbini, his associates and staff set the bar in legal services. I recently retained JGD to represent me for two real estate closings simultaneously.
