Overcharged

As a landlord, after having had read an article on all the new law changes that seem in favor of tenants, I needed an updated lease that would also help protect my interest. James was excellent! He’s very knowledgeable and up to date with new laws. He did such a great job in providing me with a fully comprehensive lease for my building. He’s was also very responsive to my emails and gave a very quick turn around! I’m so super pleased with his service!

Stay away!! They messed up on plenty of paperwork, causing court dates to drag on and things getting dismissed because of their clerical errors. They missed multiple court dates and had someone from another firm step in, who knew nothing about the cases and tell you things that don't make sense. They don't call you back when you leave messages. Messed up on filing deed, inventory of assets, even messed up on filing paperwork for the Marshal's to evict. Their process server even messed up a few times. Also didn't want to refund the amount I paid for their "services". The claim was that "work was still done". Regardless of ALL the incorrect work they did, they think they should be paid as if they did a good job.

I decided to go with my union attorney through my home buying process for obvious reasons. But by the time the supposed closing date grew near, I had to hire another attorney to complete the job in a timely manner. Mr. Dibbini did an excellent job with my closing in such a short amount of time. It was last minute, he definitely knew his stuff, AND I closed on time!! Thank you so much Mr. Dibbini for a wonderful job and I am so happy my realtor referred him !!!

Professional and patient personnel. Erwin was very knowledgable and always on top of things. He was always available to answer any questions and concerns.
