Mr. Jody is very professional, communicative, and honest. I think it is crucial to have those characteristics as I'm a worrisome person so I need to have direct and available communication for transparency reasons... have had to retained many lawyers within the past few years due to mistakes, so if your paying lawyer money make sure your lawyer has the time and effort to hear you out and pays attention to detail. I recommend him to anyone that needs help with traffic speeding tickets and more!

Jody is the easy button for traffic issues. I got a ticket in McDowell County and I live almost 2 hours away. Jody handled literally everything and got my reckless driving down to a 9 over. I paid a minimal fine and will have little to no impact on my insurance.

After getting a ticket on a road trip for let’s say “excessively speeding” to save myself some embarrassment, I searched for a great attorney in the county where I was pulled over and came across Jody Lanier. Jody worked his magic and managed to turn a ticket that could’ve easily gotten my license revoked reduced to an “unsafe movement” ticket. Couldn’t be happier with the result!
