Absolutely the best lawyer you can get for traffic offenses. Had a 30 over speeding ticket reduced to 9 over and I didn't even have to show up for court, for one fee, he handles everything for you. Will also send a receipt for your records, so you aren't always wondering in the back of your head. The fee was very reasonable considering as well. I could not recommend him any higher

Very good attorney. Excellent service, reasonable rates, responsive, returns phone calls and emails promptly and achieves the results he predicts. Jody is a very pleasant, amiable man - easy to talk to and he listens carefully. I never thought it was worthwhile hiring an attorney for a traffic matter. But, I walked away with 0 Points, a $300 fine ( I was expecting double that or more) And, I did not have to return to North Carolina - Attny Lanier handled everything, seamlessly, exactly as he promised. I am certain that charged with speeding at 87MPH, there is no way I could have achieved those results on my own. It was truly worthwhile.
