I am so thankful for Jody Lanier! He was prompt, reasonable, and most of all EFFECTIVE- not once but twice! Worth every penny and thank God my insurance rates were not increased because I found him! Don’t go this alone- hire him!!!! If you don’t you will certainly regret it.

Got my 88 in a 65 speeding ticket reduced to an "improper equipment" citation, resolved my case 1 week before the court date, and I didn't have to travel back from Atlanta GA back to Asheville NC for the incident... no complaints here! I got a speeding ticket in Asheboro North Carolina a month ago, and since I'm not a habitual speeder, I didn't know how to best handle the ticket. I've been inundated with letters from attorneys and advice from all angles, so with my court date is just a few day, I decided to ask Google. Google sent me to a video of Jody S. Lanier explaining a Prayer for Judgement Continued (PJC). The video was very informative, so informative that I called the number in the links with the hope that maybe Mr. Lanier would have someone in his office give me some free clarification. I didn't expect much for free, but to my great surprise, Mr. Lanier himself returned my call, gave me SUPER INFORMATIVE clarification on a PJC, and he advised me of other techniques that may be better for me than a PJC. He answered all my questions - which were many - and made sure I had a solid plan of action for my court date. I expected to pay for the information, but Mr. Lanier gave it all to me for free. The experience was so good that I felt bad that he couldn't represent me due to being in another area, and me calling him at the last minute. In exchange for Mr. Lanier's wonderful advice and information, I'm taking it upon myself to write this positive review of his law firm, and him as a person. Do yourself a favor and give Jody S. My husband got a reckless driving/ speeding ticket on New Year’s Day. We are young and were scared of him losing his license or having to spend a lot on a lawyer to make sure he could keep them.
