I called Jody (and several other lawyers in Asheville) to discuss a charge. I was terrified that my life would be forever changed. Jody immediately put me at ease with his kindness and openness. I met with Jody and he came up with an out of the box idea and achieved the result we hoped and expected. I'm not sure who was more impressed with his resourcefulness, me or his courtroom colleagues. Either way, I would hire Jody again in an instant. I saw a review that said he's "Asheville's Rising Star," and I have no doubt, that's the truth.

Received speeding ticket for 15mph over, was very nervous about it because I have CDL and I'm out of state( where 2 violation like this in one year will suspend your license) So I started look for traffic attorney on google, found Jodi, he had good reviews so I decided contact him and hire him. Conclusion- no points on my record, instead of speeding ticked he changed it to backseat seatbelt. Great job!

Hired Jody for a traffic ticket. He got it reduced and kept me from having to do a driving school or even hitting my insurance! He was very thorough and quick to cover my need. Excellent service and a great rate. Would highly recommend and will use him again if needed! Thanks Jody!!

I got a speeding ticket while traveling from New Jersey on my way to South Carolina. It was a mandatory court appearance and I knew that wasn't going to be possible. I found Mr. Lanier online and he handed everything in a timely manner and professionally. He was able to help tremendously with my ticket and I would highly recommend his services.

I hired Jodie for a traffic ticket that I received in Hendersonville. He was very personable, very knowledgable of laws, had great customer service, and was able to get it dropped with no points added or it affecting my insurance. I will be referring him to family, friends, and coworkers in the area and will for sure use him in the future if needed.

I was caught speeding... :( But Jody, took care of it, just as he explained he would over the phone. Thank you very much! I researched a few attorney's before deciding to go with Jody, based on great value in his price, assurance and expectations he set forth. I would use Jody again, hopefully I learned my lesson though. :)
