I received a hefty traffic ticket (80 in a 60) the day after Christmas. This speeding ticket was my second one in the past year and I thought for sure I was going to be financially murdered by my insurance company. I knew I had to get a lawyer or else I would be paying for this one the next three years. Two weeks before my court date I contacted Mr. Lanier requiring his services. I was impressed to find out that he's not only a traffic lawyer, but also a lawyer in criminal law. He was very straightforward with me regarding the process of the court system and what I needed to do. He definitely did his research and was well prepared even for a minor case like mine. Any questions I had were answered and explained. As for the price and payment method, he was affordable and flexible. I suggest hiring Mr. Lanier if you like having peace of mind, confidence, and no points added on to your insurance.

Jody Lanier helped my wife and I resolve an issue with the county's DA office. Our issue was resolved the same day. My call was returned promptly and before I new it, the DA was contacted and my issue was resolved. I would suggest anyone in town or from out of town should have Jody's phone number in there wallet when visiting or even living in Asheville, Buncombe County.
