Excellent attorney, Jody got my 24 over speeding ticket completely dismissed without me having to get involved. Also has very reasonable prices. Will use for any future tickets or violations.

Jody is empathetic, friendly, prompt, professional, and--above all--an excellent and knowledgeable attorney. Honestly: don't waste your time considering anyone else. Jody's prices are incredibly reasonable, and you simply won't find another attorney who will return your phone calls and e-mails with the sincerity and immediacy that Jody does. Jody Lanier is a life saver. I received a ticket last April and started doing some research online. Luckily, Mr. Lanier was one of the first people I contacted because he was the best I could have gotten. He helped me get everything taken care of and I'm thankful for that.

Highly recommended. I got a speeding ticket last month and was frustrated that I had to appear in court (as I reside very far from NC). I saw the reviews and decided to hire him as my attorney. He returned the calls very promptly and in a few days got my ticket resolved without my presence.

Mr. Lanier not only handled my case on short notice, but also returned my calls fairly quickly. Clearly explained what could be done, the cost, and would contact me promptly with the results. I was first a little hesitant at first because of all the excellent reviews. But the man has integrity!!! Mind you I have had other lawyers before, but Mr. Lanier by far is the best. My traffic case in North Carolina was handled even though I live in another state and was not present. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you

Would definitely recommend. Got me a PJC for a speeding ticket 14 mph over the limit, meaning no impact on my license or insurance. Jody was easy to speak to and seems genuinely concerned. He also gave me accurate information and contacted me the day after he went to court on my behalf to let me know the outcome. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I received a speeding ticket for 70mph in a 55mph zone on I40 in Asheville, NC. I have a clean driving record. Jody is an excellent communicator, responsive and set proper expectations! He was able to get my tickets dismissed two days after I received the ticket. Thanks Jody for being my advocate.
