I'm very happy with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Scott K. Dillin.

6/17/24 experience: called for the free consultation in the legal advertisement letter. Right off the bat before I got to finish explaining my matter, he disregarded my concerns, emphasized he wasn't willing to even listen to me and offered no advice at all. Mr. Dillin was very dull and unconcerned. Just 3 minutes into the call, some sort of automated warning interrupted saying, "this user has call restrictions..." and *click* the call disconnected from his end of the call. I was assured by various people Mr. Dillin is one of the best lawyers to have but after the "consult" I experienced, I would never believe that. The less than 5 minute "consult" left me even more upset, disappointed and discouraged regarding my situation. This is not how any potential client seeking help should be handled. He said he usually takes cases like mine and proclaims his experience as a previous District Attorney and "[handling] numerous charges like those brought against [me]" but explicitly expressed no interest or advice in helping me as a potential client like his legal advertisement letter promotes. It is a false sense of hope and a waste of paper. I wasted my time and effort by calling so forewarning, please don't waste yours.

I came to The Moore Law Office after what I considered a wrongful termination after filling for FMLA. George Moore listened and agreed. He worked with me to get a settlement and sued my former employer. I would highly recommend this law office! Everyone was kind throughout the entire process.

I cannot express my gratitude to this office enough! I’m a mom of 3 children of which I share custody with their dad yet I am out of state. I was having significant issues with the court order being followed and with me getting appropriate time with our children. Children need balance and balance equals both parents, not just one. Atty Jennifer Moore and her staff have been so easy to work with, courteous, and efficient, providing me with the support and legal efforts necessary to make a significant difference! Atty Moore’s work is impeccable! Speaking from 10 years experience of going through court systems fighting for time with my kids in CA and NC and also watching other cases and their attorneys at work, I have to say that she is by far the best attorney I’ve seen thus far! She has an amazing way of bringing the truth to the center of the courtroom floor. And when the truth is all that needs to be heard, acknowledged and acted upon, it’s an automatic win in my book! She pays great attention to detail and addresses all major concerns in a professional manner. Her office staff is also great! They’re all kind and attentive to email responses and returning phone calls in a timely fashion. This team works well together and is compassionate about their clients’ needs. Thank you Atty Moore and office for all of your help! This time with my kids was well overdue, much needed, and priceless! I thank you for assisting us with getting that. We made memories my kids and I will remember always! I look forward to continuing to work with you for any needs that may arise!

Mr. Bowman is incredible. He is fantastic at his job, and he is also incredibly friendly and kind. VERY professional and wise in the legal field. I strongly recommend his services to everyone in our area.

Asheville is a beautiful city, however the police are quick to write tickets for minor traffic violations. Mr Dillin worked my case for a fraction of the cost of other lawyers, getting the ticket removed. He was professional over the phone as I was from out of town. The ticket could have easily cost me my drivers license.

Attorney Bowman was awesome! Did exactly what he said he would do and he didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg for his great services, much appreciated!

I got a speeding ticket down in North Carolina going over 90 in 55mph zone and Scott got my charges dismissed he is the man💪🏾🙏🏾

Very shady business dealing, I do not recall an explanation of the engagement agreement, nor did I receive I copy. They will hold your money if you let them go from your case, and will charge you to get out of the case. This firm seems as if they’re money hungry, and has taken on more work than they can handle. Mishandles information you provide them for your case, had to resend information the day before court. Poor follow through/follow up when it came to my case/concerns. Very misleading, weak in court, and always seems to busy to chat. Rude once you let them go. If you’re a single father fighting for your right to see your child, do not choose Moore Law, seems to side with the opposing party.
