absolutely amazing and always get the best outcome

I would highly recommend Scott Dillin for traffic law needs in Asheville, and Western North Carolina. He worked to get me a fantastic result at a very fair cost. Should I ever need these services again, I will not hesitate to use Mr. Dillin. I would have happily paid 2 or 3 x the price for the service Scott provided.

Scott Dillin is without question, the man! I talked with 3 other lawyers before finding Scott. He gave me options that the others didn’t. He only charged me his modest fees upfront. He appeared on my behalf and got my 83 in a 60mph dismissed. Done! Insurance untouched. — The other’s rates included inflated court costs and assumed fines. The option of dismissal was never even offered. — My obvious opinion: Scott Dillin is honest, good at what he does, & will look out for you (like he did for me). Respect!

Handled my ticket efficiently, easy online payment.

I was driving home with my girlfriend sleeping in the back (around 1 am) when I was stopped at a license checkpoint. Four officers were present and I handed my DL to the first officer who interacted with me. They asked me to pull over into the adjacent parking lot. I was barely moving in the driver seat when two officers decide to start questioning me. They then asked me to step out. It seemed like they were getting increasingly authoritative by the second so I start recording them for my security. They instantly got aggressive towards and were trying to frame me as being 'uncooperative'. I asked them questions and they would keep ignoring me until I managed to have a short discussion with one of the officers, who then handcuffed and detained me for asking questions. They then cited me for 'resisting an officer' and 'possession of paraphernalia', both of which were inaccurate. All I had was two grams of Marijauna with me and I was completely transparent with them about it from the start. Scott took care of this very well and got the case dismissed. Excellent service. Very professional, kind and to the point.

Scott Dillin was very easy to work with and charged me a fair price to handle my speeding ticket. I didn’t even have to go to court for it and he was able to get it dismissed. Will definitely use him again if needed to.

Straightforward, didn’t overpromise didn’t underperform and he charged a fraction of what other lawyers wanted to charge. Took away one star due to delayed communication. Otherwise solid as you gonna get outside of Johnny Cochran litigation
