Attorney Pete McArdle interrogated my daughter for 2 1/2 hrs at a mediation session. He had her in tears until the mediator had to raise her voice to tell him to STOP! he insulted her stating she was not a good mother to her 5 year old son because her employment wasn’t full time, even though she works two jobs! Has NO family or support group in NC! He was rude, unethical, disrespectful and heartless! My daughter is so frightened of this man!! He should be removed from this law firm he’s a disgrace...this was not the first time she has been treated like this by him!!

Courtney was exactly what an family law attorney should be, responsive, aggressive while maintaining compassion. She was very analytical, and did a great job communicating those analyses to the mediator. I would have paid twice as much for the results she produced.
