I contacted Parton and Associates several months ago after 8 months of trying to get a contractor and his subcontractor plumber to repair damages done after flooding at my business when the plumber did not shut off the water supply prior to installing a hot water heater. Repeated emails and calls had gone unanswered until Burton Powell sent them a letter from the law firm. Burton told me that if we attempted to resolve the issue with a letter that I needed to be prepared to compromise, but after several months of back and forth with the contractor's lawyer, they finally involved their insurance company and I was compensated in full for the damages I had incurred. I am very confident that I would not have been able to get these results on my own. I'm grateful for Burton's efficient legal assistance and so happy that this issue is finally resolved.
