Brittny Kaltenbach of Parton & Associates We had a complicated little mess to clear up because my X-husband allowed our 19 year old son to drive the family car which was almost a year out of registration. An officer stopped him when he noticed the stickers and told my son the length of time out of registration was quite bad. When my son got home with the ticket and instructions on how to handle it from the officer, my X-husband took everything over from my then 19 year old son and told him he would take care of everything. My X-husband forgot to handle any of it and misplaced the ticket. He then waited another 6 months to pay the registration and completely forgot about the ticket my son had been given. Of course because my 19 year old gave everything to his dad to handle, he just never gave it another thought. Needless to say, my son's drivers license was revoked and he sited for failure to appear in court. My son never knew his license had even been revoked. And, I found out about all this 6 months after the fact. My now 20 year old son had a horrific violation on his driving record, and was not able to be hired for a job or insured. I was horrified and paniced until I called Parton & Associates. Brittny immediately took everything over and it was handled completely in 3 days! Brittany got the expired registration violation dismissed which resulted in no further court fees. She made certain there was no sentence of any kind against my son. She was able to see that no points would be assessed on his driver's license or insurance of any kind. She was able to convince the Judge to waive the additional fee for my son's failure to appear in court. Oh and did I mention, his driving record is completely expunged of any of this. I was beyond impressed with her kindness, compassion and professionalism. I was also nicely surprised by the fee charged. I was an out of state resident who got a DWI plus FIVE other charges. I also had an outstanding warrant for my arrest because of my failure to show to court. Mr. Powell, not only took care of the warrant situation, but he did so in a timely and professional manner. The communication was also fantastic.
